Krups Fast-Touch Coffee Mill (White or Black) features, a powerful 160 watt motor and stainless steel power blade that can be used for grinding a variety of items such as coffee beans, spices and herbs from coarse to fine in seconds. The Coffee Grinders large grinding capacity and unique oval design yields up to 15-20 cups. A lid activated safety switch on the Krups Coffee grinder prevents operation of the grinder unless the lid is properly sealed.

About Krups:
Founded back in 1846 in the little town of Wald in North Rhine-Westphalia, Krups is well known for their coffee makers, espresso machines, coffee grinders, blenders, toaster ovens, and food processors. They were extremely well known in the early 1950's over in Switzerland and Germany before progressing over to the United States. Hard to clean. - you need a brush like a small disposable paint brush with the bristles cut in 1/2. the switch mechanism can get stuck in the "on" position down in the canister body. If this happens the cost of service and shipping can exceed the cost of a new one.

How to clean coffee grinder to keep it looking new - I have two 3 oz. Fast-Touch Coffee Mill By Krups, a black and white, and both work prefect after 4 years. To clean; make certain it is UNPLUGGED, hold bottom side up and spray the inside of where it grinds the beans with kitchen sprayer a couple of times for a total of 30 - 40 seconds. Take a thick towel and dry carefully. Place on paper towel with bottom end up. This has worked for me and I have never had a problem with these coffee grinders. In case you're wondering, I grind a 40 oz bag of coffee every week.
