The Back to Basics electric ice cream maker has a 50 watt motor that uses a blend of ice and rock salt to cool the ingredients below freezing. The electric ice cream maker will make 4 quarts of ice cream, sherbet, or yogurt per batch. The motorized mixing paddles will thoroughly blend to an excellent consistency. The ice cream maker is a compact oblong shape that takes up a small amount of counter space and will store compactly.
