You will save time and energy with this Water Bath Canner by Back to Basics. It is constructed of fired enamel over heavy gauge steel and built strong enough to last. The Water Bath Canner includes the canning rack that holds up to seven one quart jars. The Canner easily doubles as a large cooking pot with a capacity of 21 1/2 quarts of liquid. The internal dimensions of the Back to Basics Water Bath Canner is 9 1/4 inches deep and 13 1/4 inches in diameter. This Water Bath Canner has chip resistant high temperature paint on the interior and the exterior. The Canning Rack is rust resistant and the handles are riveted for strength and durability. The home canner's lid is vented with an easy to clean rim.

Q: Is the 35C canner model okay to use with a glass top stove?

A: I contacted the manufacturer Back to Basics, and they stated that this water bath canner can be used with a glass top stove. There are however 2 rings on the bottom which may make this canner take a little longer to heat up than if it were on a different type of stove.
