XAL-135 (half size ovens)

This Cadco Digital Convection oven proofer was made to work with the half size digital Cadco convection ovens XAF-115 and XAF135, for a stackable configuration. Cadco Oven Proofers are not designed for standalone use. Both the Cadco convection ovens and Proofers are controlled by a digital Dynamic control panel. The XAL-135 convection oven proofer can hold up to eight half sized sheet pans. This convection oven proofer has temperatures up to 122 degrees. This proofer can be stacked with a Cadco oven XAF-135 making a total height of 53 inches.
