XAL-135 (half sizen ovens)
This Cadco Digital Convection oven proofer works directly with the half size digital cadco convection oven (Models XAF-115, XAF135) for a stackable configuration. Both the Cadco convection oven and Proofer are controlled by the digital Dynamic control panel. These Cadco Oven Proofers are not designed for stand alone use.
Cadco Convection Oven Proofer Features:
- Cadco oven proofers can handle 8 half size sheet pans (not included)
- Temperatures to 122 degrees F

- If stacked with Cadco Oven XAF-135 height is 53 inches tall
- Convection oven Proffer has wheels on bottom so is movable
