This Cadco Digital Convection oven proofer is made to work with full size digital Cadco convection oven (Models XAF-188 and XAF-195) for a stackable configuration. This convection oven proofer can go up to 122 degrees. The Cadco convection ovens and Proofers are controlled by the digital control panel. These Cadco Oven Proofers are not designed for standalone use. This Cadco convection oven proofer is made to hold up to eight sheet pans. The pans are not included with purchase of the XAL-195 convection oven proofer.
