This Cadco Digital Convection oven proofer works directly with the full size digital cadco convection oven (Models XAF-188 and XAF-195) for a stackable configuration. Both the Cadco convection oven and Proofer are controlled by the digital Dynamic control panel. These Cadco Oven Proofers are not designed for stand alone use.

- Cadco oven proofers can handle 8 full size sheet pans (not included)
- Temperatures to 122 degrees F
