The XAF-113 Cadco half size Convection oven has three shelves and is programmable. This commercial convection oven allows you to bake with consistent results because of its unique airflow design.  The baffle system and reversible fan create even baking conditions. All of the Cadco commercial convection ovens have heavy motors with high temperature ball bearings.  These convection ovens push the air in a figure eight and redistribute the air evenly.   Cadco convection ovens have endured many hours of heavy testing to ensure quality and durability.  The commercial convection ovens are one convection appliance your business can not live without.  The XAF-113 commercial convection oven is designed to accommodate modular stacking for a custom configuration.  The Cadco XAF-113 has 1.75 cubic feet of cooking capacity.
