The XAF-133 half size oven is a four shelf commercial oven with a patented design. These Cadco ovens have reversible fans that move the air across then reverse the air back for even cooking. The high performance fan in every Cadco oven moves the air in a figure 8 by pushing air out the back in a diagonal direction then the auto reverse fan redistributes the air. The XAF-133 has a durable long lasting motor with high temperature ball bearings. All Cadco ovens are made with heavy duty stainless steel, inside and out. These Cadco ovens have endured many hours of testing to ensure quality. The Commercial Cadco convection oven is one convection appliance your commercial kitchen cannot live without. Commercial Cadco ovens are designed to accommodate modular stacking for a custom configuration. This Cadco oven can also be used as a countertop convection oven. A: The XAF-133 Cadco Convection Oven does not have the humidity feature. The oven does work properly without humidity.
