FAKIRO heat plates for full size Cadco ovens provide very fast baking times, up to 50% faster than traditional baking pans. You can bake a fresh pizza in as little as 4-5 minutes, reducing your convection oven cooking time. These Cadco oven heat plates are manufactured from alloys which provide superior heat storage and produce fast even cooking of both top and bottom of the food product simultaneously. FAKIRO heat plates for Cadco ovens are designed with burls on the lower surface of the plate, which intensify the heating action. FAKIRO heat plates help Cadco ovens maintain better temperature stability under normal door opening/closing conditions. This Cadco oven heat plate is a great way to reduce your convection oven cooking time. For use with any of the full size Cadco ovens (XAF-183, XAF-188, XAF-193, XAF-195)
