Q: Do you have a single burner hot plate (not induction) that has a setting for 100 degrees F? If not, can I use this burner or another burner you sell if I connected it to a regulating thermostat?
A: The closest thing we have to what you're looking for is the 400 Watt Waring Professional Warming Tray Model # WT90B. This warming tray has a minimum of a 155 degree Fahrenheit setting. Any other Hi-Power Hot Plate will not function at 100 degrees Fahrenheit.

Q: Would this burner be able to hold a rolling full boil for about 4 qts. for a sustained period? (approx. 1 hour, supervised and water added as it boils off)
A: The CSR-3T will bring a gallon of water (in a 8 inch diam. pot) to a boil within 20-25 minutes and will substain that boil on high. The Low setting will simmer and the medium and high setting will heat to 500' plus. Four quarts is the recommended maxium amount.

Q: Will this unit fry fish in a 2 gallon pot?
A: Per Cadco this burner will not serve the purpose you are requiring. The CSR-3T lacks the wattage to recover the temperature to use for frying fish in a 2 gallon pot. You might wish to explore 220 Volt burners.
