This is an oven, not a toaster - This is nice looking, good for use as an oven, and easy to clean. But it is no good for toasting. The same dial is used as a timer for the oven (up to 60 minutes) and for toasting. It is impossible to set it so that it toasts to the desired darkness, and then shuts off. The only way to toast without burning is to watch it, and turn it off before it burns. Also the dial is very hard to turn. I don't think that the manufacturer should include the word "toaster" in the product name.
