Cuisinart Non-Stick Pizza Pan / Pizza Crisper - 14 Inch

Cuisinart 14" Pizza Pan

This Cuisinart Pizza Pan will make a 14 inch wide pizza, which is the equivalent of about a medium sized pizza. With the pizza pan's perforated surface, it crisps the pizza nicely. The Cuisinart pizza pan is made from thick heavy gauge aluminized steel for even heat distribution and has thick rolled edges to avoid warping.

- I want a pan like this without any non stick finish. I hate that as soon as I start cleaning the non stick comes off. This appears to be free of teflon coating, but it says it's non stick so I can't tell. Can you confirm or not whether this has a non stick coating?
- This does have a non-stick finish. If you want a pizza crisper that is non-stick, the closest thing that we would have would probably be the Emile Henry pizza stones. If interested, check http://www.everythingkitchens.com/emile-henry-pizza-stones.html.
