Countdown doesn't really mean what I thought. - When will manufactures create a "countdown" timer that allows you to set a START time, rather than a finish time! If I work 12 hour days, I want it to start 2 hours AFTER I go to work...argh. Other wise, it cooks fine...just like my cheaper crock pot.
