This Espresso maker can help you create coffee house drinks at home with ease! You can brew and froth like a true barista knowing the machine your using has Cuisinart quality. This machine can use several different brewing baskets a single or double espresso shot, and a basket for ESE (easy serve espresso) pods. If you decide to use either the single or double shot you can truly make the coffee your way, the flavor and aroma will vary with your tamp, grind, and roast until you find the perfect combination for you. If you use the ESE pods you will get a consistent pull, the only change coming when you change flavors or brands of pod. The clean up is quick and easy with espresso pods, and takes a little longer with the standard coffee grounds. After you have created your perfect espresso pull you can quickly froth milk and create the perfect latte or cappuccino. The EM-200 is programmed with set cup sizes 1.5 oz for a single shot and 3.0 oz for a double. Cuisinart equipped this unit with a cup warmer on top of the unit that holds around 4 cups, warming the cup keeps the espresso from being cooled when it hits the cup. Other features on this machine are the 64 oz. water container, included frothing cup, and 3 year warranty through Cuisinart.

Rating I still have mine, but if I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't buy this espresso machine. The nob is still hard to turn even after two years, especially when the machine is hot after making a couple of coffees. The drip tray does not catch all the water from the machine and water ends up coming out from underneath the tray onto my kitchen counter. Big mess. I called the manufacturer and was told they would have to look at it- at a cost of course. Bad product and bad design. (Posted on 5/12/13)
