Automatic Bready Gluten Free Bread Maker
If you have Celiacs Sprue or Gluten Intolerance, you probably know all too well how hard it is to find good, soft, moist bread that is gluten-free. The Bready Gluten Free Bread Maker system is a robotic system that takes care of this problem for you. Fresh Gluten-Free breads tend to be a lot softer and more palatable. We think you will agree.
This Bready Gluten Free Bread Maker is the same as Item # BMCS01 except for that this bread maker has different gluten-free bread mixes packed with it.

Things to Note About the Bready Bread Maker:

1. Since there is no paddle, there will be no hole in the bottom of your loaf of bread
2. You have to use the Bready Bread Mixes in this bread maker. It will not accept your own bread mixes. We recommend that you buy a few mixes with your initial purchase. However, this particular pack comes with 9 different mixes included to get you started. (See Below)
3. This Gluten Free Bread Maker carries the Celiacs Sprue Association's seal of recognition.

How Does The Bready Bread Maker Work?

First, scan the bread mix with the robotic control panel. It will then beep to let you know you can proceed.
Then, attach the bag inside of the Bready bread machine and add liquids and yeast at this time.
Put the bread pan in the Bready machine.
Shut the door.
Push start.

The rest of the process is automatic. The Bready bread maker will then knead the dough inside the mix bag until it is finished, at which time the machine transfers it out of the bag and into the bread pan where the rising and baking takes place. The bag then rolls up on a roller to be tossed later after the bread is finished baking. During baking, you will have a chance to add a topping to the bread such as cheese or spices or score the top. The bread maker will beep when it is finished.
