- Will the dough hook evenly mix pastry dough when basic ingredients are added to the mixing bowl? I am considering the purchase of a mixer.
- The Kitchen Aid mixers all come with 3 mixing accessories. The dough hook, the wire whisk, and the flat beater. These three accessories allow you to mix pretty much any type of dough, batter, or other ingredients.
