KitchenAid Mixer -
This is a high quality mixer able to create some wonderful foods (cakes, bread dough, batter for pancakes and waffles etc). The motor is very powerful but you do not want to overload the overlarge bowl with very stiff materials. It can bog down. Our next purchase will be some of the attachments.

If you're looking at home stand mixers, KitchenAid is the standard against which others try to compare themselves. We went to the larger 6 quart model after about 20 years with the 5-qt (and donated that one, still working).
Power for making several loaves of bread, cake layers, or a huge batch of frosting. Attachments for shredding, grinding, pasta, etc.

I absolutely love my kitchenaid pro 600 stand mixer. It does a wonderful job at making a large batch of bread dough at one time. My old one would vibrate off the counter top, now the counters are the ones vibrating. The ice cream attachment makes really good ice cream, minus all the preservatives. Thank you for having such low prices on high quality items.

This is my first stand mixer and a friend recommended I get a big one right away. Was she right! I love this mixer. It's so much fun to whip stuff up in. Best Mixer Ever -
This nickel pearl mixer is awesome!!! I have had cheaper mixers in the past and they were ok. I mean they got the job done. However, I have started doing a lot more baking and making things from scratch these days and those cheap ones just can't do it all. This one can! No question about it this Kitchenaid Professional mixer is well worth every penny. It makes bread making so easy! I also got the ice cream maker attachment bowl as part of the Mother's Day special . My kids and husband love the homemade ice cream and so do I. I was also impressed with the great price and fast shipping. You will not regret ordering this.

This 6 quart mixer is everything I ever dreamed it would be and more. One thing though, when it comes to blending shortening for pie dough keep an eye on it or you will end up with a big ball of dough with no water added to it...and now it's too late. Throw it out and start over, but watch it this time and don't leave it on too long. You only want it to mix until pea sized pieces form.
