- I now have the kitchenaid K45SS with the FPPA attachments. I would like to upgrade to the Kitchenaid Pro 600. Will my attachments work with the new unit.

- My husband purchased the ravioli maker last year for me for Christmas. I opened it and there was no manual booklet with it. How can i get one. My family has been wanting me to make homemade ravioli but I don't know how exactly to attach it to the mixer and don't want to break anything, so if you could please help me obtain some new instructions for my Kitchenaid ravioli maker that would be so wonderful.

- Does this attachment work well on egg noodles?

- Are there any plans to offer a linguine cutter? Although I love the simplicity of the roller and the other cutters, I would LOVE to have a linguine cutter so that I don't have to pull out my hand crank cutter for this.

- We have a 6 qt mixer. Do these attachements work with this?
- These attachments in the Kitchenaid Pasta Excellence Kit will fit any Kitchenaid mixer except for their Commercial units. So, yes, it will fit a 6 Quart Kitchen Aid mixer.

- I have a kitchenAid stand mixer. Other than this Pasta Excellence kit, do I need to buy anything else like a special blade to mix the pasta? Does this kit come with recipes?
- The pasta dough can be mixed with the regular dough hook that is included with all KitchenAid mixers. This kit includes everything necessary to roll pasta dough and cut into a variety of pastas types.

- Kitchen Aid does not currently offer a glass bowl for the Pro 600 Mixer.

- What size is the ravioli Attachment
- This is a continuous feed ravioli attachment, so it is more limited by the size of the pasta sheets that you feed into it. To visualize this part of the set better, look at the picture on http://www.everythingkitchens.com/kitchenaid-ravioli-maker-attachment.html.
  
  The KRAV Ravioli Attachment included in this kit does not have instructions in the owner's manual listed on this page. If you want to see more info on the ravioli maker specifically, then please go to the manual specifically for the ravioli attachment at http://www.everythingkitchens.com/PDFfiles/KRAV.pdf. Page 9 tells you how to use it, which should be more helpful.

As usual, everything from Kitchen Aid is top quality. The speed and performance of the different cutting blades is excellent. The pasta cutters are easy to maintain and are easy to attach and remove. One area where hand crank pasta machines have an advantage is control. You can stop and start in the middle of a piece of dough. Go fast or go slow. With these you're pretty much on and off even though you can adjust speeds. This is inconvenient but not a show stopper. I would purchase these again. (Posted on 8/15/11)

The pasta machine equipment is a very heavy duty quality. It produces excellent pasta the first time I made it with very little effort. The pasta roller/cutters cut smooth even pasta strands that were fantastic. The Kitchenaid pasta attachments are very easy to use and they work like they are supposed to. Great Pasta -- but hard to clean Review by Guest

The pasta is great with this Kitchenaid pasta attachment, but the pasta roller tends to get crumbs of dough behind the rollers that are impossible to get out even with the brush. Then it dries and dirties the dough the next time you use it. (Posted on 5/11/11)

We have been making pasta for the past 50 years by hand rolling which took scheduling and hard work. After we purchased the Kitchenaid mixer and pasta kit attachment set we now make pasta anytime with ease. For the first time my grown children and grandchildren are now interested making pasta and visit frequently. It has become a great family affair. We even have pasta parties. It is a great product.
