This LEM Ultimate 25lb Vertical Sausage Stuffer is Brand New from LEM Products! This heavy-duty unit is a dual gear stainless steel sausage stuffer designed exclusively for LEM. This Sausage Stuffer is built with all metal gears, oversized drive gear, and notched piston rod to deliver consistent results while withstanding the higher pressure needed to stuff even the smallest sausages. To prevent bending or bowing under pressure the frame is composed of four solid stainless steel bars creating a very sturdy frame. Two speed design: high speed raises the piston quickly for filling the cylinder, low speed is for stuffing casings. This heavy-duty LEM sausage stuffer is equipped with an air release valve in the piston to ensure even pressure for improved results. Heavy-duty rubber gasket seals the cylinder to prevent leakage. The stainless steel cylinder is removable for uncomplicated filling and cleaning. Four stainless steel stuffing tubes (5/8", ¾", 1" and 1-1/2") are included with this versatile stuffer. The 25 lb. sausage stuffer is perfect for making everything from breakfast links to summer sausage and almost everything in between. Note: The 25 lb. LEM sausage stuffer is not recommended for snack sticks. Please consider this same stuffer in the 10lb size, model 1112, for making snack sticks.
