LEM 5 lb. Sausage Stuffer

    Great stuffer! - This made our sausage making so much easier! We have used it several times. The stuffing part is no longer the chore it was with our Kitchen Aid attachment.

    ABSOLUTLY, WITHOUT A DOUBT, WORTH IT! - I make roughly 30 to 50 pounds of sausage a year in my kitchen. I would stuff my casings, using a regular meat grinder that also stuffs. It would be so hard and time consuming, that it discouraged me from making sausage. Then, I decided to purchase this sausage stuffer and cannot believe how easy it is to stuff the casings. I wish I had bought this years ago. This is definitely a must have for anyone who makes homemade sausage. The 5lb stuffer is a perfect size for the homemaker, it is easy to handle, clean and store.

    Simply the Best - I used my sausage stuffer for the first time today and I'm so tickled I can't stand it. This thing makes what was a two man ordeal a breeze for one person. I had previously been using our Kitchenaid Mixer with the grinder/stuffer attachment and it took two of us pushing and pulling to make sausage. It was torture. There had to be a better way and I'm here to tell you the Lem Sausage Stuffer is IT! I made about 7 pounds of sausage in about 15 minutes including adding more casing and reloading the 5 LB hopper. I'm beyond impressed. Do yourself a huge favor and get one of these stuffers. You'll be patting yourself on the back for being so smart.

    Built Like A Tank! - Making sausage all started with an early 1900's Enterprise meat grinder, bought from a flea market. Then a grinder and stuffing attachment for the Kitchen Aid mixer, a great improvement on the grinding, but nothing but frustration with the stuffing. Ready to give it up, I decided to go for broke and invest in a real stuffing machine, and I bought the LEM 5. Great decision! This machine is great. This sausage stuffer makes the sausage making experience fun again. It's heavy duty, built like a tank. Easy to clean, so if you are stuffing several small batches, switching over is quick and easy. Everything Kitchens has done everything right too, with the lowest price found in my Google search, no tax in my state, and fast free shipping (only three days). My son and his family visited this summer and we made smoked bratwurst. He was blown away by how quick and easy the stuffing was to do. He still uses the Kitchen Aid. Guess what he's getting for his birthday?

    Well made stuffer - The sausage stuffer is solid and easy to operate. The only possible improvement would be a fast gear for backing the piston out, but I knew that when I bought it. It changed the slowest most laborious part of sausage making into one of the easiest. It used to require 2 people when I was using my KitchenAid, but now I can do it all myself, without too much effort, and in less than half the time.

    Far Better Than Stuffing With a KitchenAid - Love making homemade sausage. In the past, we've used the KitchenAid attachment to stuff it into casings, and it's been the hardest, longest part of the entire process. With this sausage stuffer, it's a dream. It's solidly built, wastes little sausage, and makes it really easy. Well worth the investment.
