The cookware's flat bottom provides even heat distribution and accommodates all ceramic, electric, and gas cook tops. The Fry Pan's stay-cool ergonomic handle ensures a secure, comfortable grip, and the pan can be washed in a dishwasher for easy cleanup. The Swiss Diamond Fry Pan and is oven-safe up to 500 degrees F.
