The Swiss Diamond Woks use a combination of Eastern cooking methods and Western technology to create a traditional shaped concave bottom wok, with a thick built-in stable bottom for any type of range. Q: is the bottom flat plate ok for an induction cook top? ie, is it magnetic? cast iron or soME types of stainless steel *are* magnetic .. but most stainless cookware is not!
Induction tops require magnetic material.
