Customer Questions:
|
Q: I'm confused, the item features list the 7 qt. stainless steel mixing bowl, however, it's not listed in the "mixer Includes" headline. Is that an add on of $100.00
A: This WSM7Q Waring Commercial Mixer includes the 7 quart stainless steel mixing bowl. However, if you wish, you may purchase an additional bowl SM-70MB for $99.95.

Q: How do you clean the inside? The blender attachment for this Waring Mixer looks like it has a filter.
A: I would recommend putting water and a little dish soap in the blender and turning it on for a few seconds. This is usually the easiest and most efficient way to clean a blender. It does not have a filter inside.

Love this mixer!!! The bowl is big enough to hold a 4X batch of cookie dough, easily holds a double + batch of Italian Butter Cream and Triple batches of cake batter. The motor is quiet and worked great when I made rolls for our families dinner. I'll still hold onto my 20 year old KitchenAid mixer, but have nothing but great things to say about this power house of a mixer.

Tried out 2 and they were both junk! -
I ordered this mixer to make peanut butter eggs that I make for a fundraiser. I wanted to upgrade from my small KitchenAid and be able to mix more at once. I mixed up one batch and began the second. When I shut it off to add more sugar, it would not restart. I let it set awhile and tried again. I finally called the Waring company and they told me to send it back and they would replace it. They did and I again started mixing the egg ingredients. I only had the bowl half full when it seemed to bog down and would not mix. It struggled and could not handle the mixing. I took the mixture out and put it in my 10 year old 2 qt. Kitchenaid and it handled it fine. I called Everything Kitchens and told them I did not want this mixer and they very nicely refunded my money. I have since bought a 6 qt. Kitchenaid Pro mixer and I love it. The sad part is by this time I had mixed all the 3,000 eggs with my old mixer! The Waring mixer felt cheap and junky beside the Kitchenaid. I did not like the push button and knob controls. I think this is a poorly made product and I would not recommend it to anyone. Everything Kitchens was a great company to deal with.

Kitchen Coach -
I'm a caterer and this machine is flimsy-most definitely not worth the money. There are major design flaws and the body is lightweight (plastic). The mixing attachments don't lock in securely and when you clean them off they pop off the mixer. The paddle came out while mixing and managed to jam the attachment into the jack and now I can't remove it. Stick with kitchenaid...
