The Heavy-duty 1+ HP motor will handle the heaviest mixing tasks and allow for perfect results. Cuisinart is offering optional attachments that can be purchased separately for this mixer. Although these attachment are not commercial rated, and were initially created for the Cuisinart Stand Mixer SM70 Home Model. These attachments will still work for the commercial unit. Each attachment connects to one of three power outlets on the mixer to let you blend, process food, squeeze juice from your favorite citrus fruits, make perfect homemade pasta, or grind your own meats.
