A: No, this manual cereal mill will not grind down to a powder fine consistency like flour, only a sandy-grainy consistency.

 Very poor quality -
Very poor quality of construction. I don't use a grain mill more then a few times a year and didn't want to spend a lot. The parts don't assemble well AT ALL and some of the defects where so obvious that I decided to return this item.
