The Cadco convection oven is a full size convection oven. This Cadco convection oven will accommodate up to 3 full size sheet pans. The cooking capacity of this Cadco commercial convection oven is 3 cubic feet. The 120 minute timer gives ample time to cook anything from baked goods to chicken for all your cooking commercial needs. . The double wall glass door in all Cadco convection ovens allow the outer pane to remain cool while the oven is on.
