This commercial oven is a full size convection oven that can handle up to three full size sheet pans. The cooking capacity of the XAF-183 commercial convection oven is 3 cubic feet. The 120 minute timer allows you plenty of time to cook anything from baked goods to chicken for all your cooking commercial needs. The double wall glass doors in all Cadco convection ovens allow the outer pane to remain cool while the oven is on. Heat settings on this convection oven go from 175 up to 500 degrees.
