Cadco Oven Commercial Convection Oven XAF-193
This Cadco oven is a full size manual control convection oven. Cadco commercial convection ovens have endured many hours of life testing to ensure quality. The Cadco oven XAF-193 full size convection oven will accommodate up to 4 full size sheet pans. The Cadco Commercial convection oven can also handle steam pans. The Cadco Commercial convection oven is one convection appliance you can not live without. Cadco ovens are designed to accomodate modular stacking for a custom configuration.
