A combination of this food dehydrator's large, quiet, five-inch fan, 2400 rpm motor, and 1000 watt heater, allows you dry food quickly in just hours. Many other dehydrators can take days to do the same task this unit can do in hours. It has adjustable temperature between 90° and 155° F. Air pressure adjusts automatically to number of trays used.
