I now have 3 different sizes and use them to the exclusion of other pans. I would recommend them to everyone. Omelets are incredible when cooked in these skillets. Even cheese omelets do not stick and come out fluffy and tender. They brown meat nicely and clean quickly with just a sponge and soap.
