A: The only difference between the KA-6L(gray) and KA-6LR(red) is the color.

A: It is polycarbonate plastic with a 1 year warranty.

Q: How do you make the bowl higher for usage?
A: You can adjust the height of the bowl by the adjustment screws, and it has instructions on the back of the BeaterBlade package. This is what BeaterBlade told me when I called them regarding your question.

Q: Does the BeaterBlade have a warranty? I ordered one for my daughter as a Christmas gift. After four days of use a one inch tear has developed in the rubber on one blade. I expected this product to be more durable than that. Please advise if it has warranty coverage.
