The practical control panel exhibits three convenient turnable knobs. The first knob is for setting the temperature; you can adjust the temperature all the way up to 450 degrees. The second (middle) knob allows you to set the function (ie Toast, Bake, Broil, Bagel and Keep Warm). The third and last knob is for setting the timer, up to 30 minutes. If you want to bake longer than 30 minutes, you can just choose the “continuous on” function. This last knob also allows you to choose the shade of your toast or bagel for toasting.
