Designed with the chef in mind, this machine is packed with an incredible 2400 watts (20 amps) of power. This power enables the blender to process on a variety of levels. From light touch chopping to high power blending, the ChefTec Blendtec Blender can do it all. Also included is a ramping cycle to choose from nine different speeds for optimum control. For your convenience, these cycles are detailed around the blending platform. The ChefTec Commercial Blender includes two different size jars (2qt and 3qt), with markings in both ounce and cups. The ChefTec Commercial Blender is easily transportable and can be fitted with our sound enclosure for catering and other functions. The ChefTec Commercial Blender will blend, chop, grind, mix, whip, or puree all the ingredients for your delicate spreads, breads, salsa's sauces, dressings, and more!
