This Commercial Blendtec Milkshake Jar is made from a patented BPA Free copolyester material and features easy-to-read markings. This Blendtec Commercial Milkshake Jar features a special Milkshake Blade that is designed for hard packed ice cream milkshakes. Ice cream should be tempered between 8 and 12 degrees Fahrenheit for optimum results. The round wavy Blendtec Milkshake blade, with the special ears, actually pumps air into the shake, adding volume for a lighter consistency. This Blendtec Commercial Milkshake Jar is ergonomically designed and allows for 3-way pouring. The Square Blender Jar design forces ingredients into the blade, providing a smooth consistent blend.
