The Bean is one of Bodum's newest French Press coffee makers. The Bodum Bean Series is made of borosilicate glass and plastic. The silicone gasket connecting the lid and the glass has an insulating effect and helps maintain the heat of the coffee longer.

A French Press offers you the simplest path to an excellent cup of coffee. The simple steps of inserting coarsely ground coffee, hot water, wait for 4 minutes and press down the plunger gives you coffee results that you just can't get with an electric pour over coffee pot.
