Bosch Universal Plus Kitchen Machine Attachments and Replacement Parts

Has the traditional food processor knife blade in the bottom of the bowl for chopping and mixing. Also included are 3 slicing/shredding disks used at the top of the bowl: slicing (reversible thick & thin), shredding and grating (reversible fine & course), and potato grating. The processor fits on the high-speed drive as shown. 5 cup capacity.

NOTE: Fits Bosch Universal Plus, does not fit older Universal Mixers.

This is just the blender jar, no blade or coupling, just the plain jar. So if you have droped, broken, or just plain out used your current jar than this replacment is a must.

This drive coupling fits the Bosch Universal and Universal Plus Blender Attachments models MUZ6MX2 and MUZ6MX3. This drive coupling is also used in the Universal Food Processor. The drive coupling is the plastic white part that is located on the bottom of the blender.

This Bosch Universal high speed drive replacement part is for the Bosch Universal and the Bosch Universal Plus Blender Attachment. The high speed drive replacement part is the part that connects to the mixer base and drives the blender.  Model specific, fits MUZ6MX2 and MUZ6MX3.

This "instant dried yeast" manufactured by Lesaffre has eliminated the need to rehydrate active dried yeast while at the same time offering a fermentation power 30 to 40% higher than the latter. The SAF Instant dried yeast is identical to that of compressed yeast, even though weighing between three and four times less, and offers the same ease of use.

Instant dried yeast is great for speedy and uniform absorption within the dough. This SAF Instant yeast can be added directly to the mixer by mixing it dry with the flour or by sprinkling it on top of the dough when mixing begins.

This SAF Red Label Yeast is a single 1 Lb. package.
