Breville Ikon Conical Burr Coffee Grinder

    Messy When grinding - I have 3 coffee grinders by Breville, the first one was very good, no mess after grinding, the second one, mas a little worse the third one is very messy, after one grinding there is ground coffee all around the mill, you have to clean up after every pot of coffee ground, this is very bad, Why is this problem, with every grinder we get ,the problem gets worse.

    2 failures - we give up - Our first Breville was great until the timer went out in about 6 months. Breville was very good about replacing it, but the second one was much more messy (static) than the first and now after about a year, the timer has gone out on this one too. We are giving up on Breville

    2 failures in 9 months - The first grinder had an off and on toggle switch on the side break due to having a flimsy plastic bracket holding it in place. This was in the first two months of usage. Breville was good about replacing the machine with one that was upgraded--no off and on switch. The second machine will do nothing but make a loud whining noise when coffee beans are placed in the hopper. It has been used for less then 9 months with the usage being only in the morning. Good-bye Breville. We've moved on to another brand.

    Mediocre product - I have had this coffee grinder for just over a year and the on off switch broke which had never happened with any appliance I have owned. It is a quiet coffee grinder and works well however every time you take out the grinds it is a bit messy.
