Breville Processor - Sous Chef

Tailor the slicing thickness from 0.3 mm to 8 mm thick with the 24 settings on the variable slicing disc of the Sous Chef Breville Food Processor. This wide range allows you to make something as thin as potato chips and something as wide as tomato slices for barbecued hamburgers. In order to ensure durability, the shaft attachments (slicing disks) are made out of reinforced stainless steel.
