One of the main concerns with blending is getting a smooth consistency every time.  Well Breville has discovered the secret of getting that smooth consistency.  With this Hemisphere design the blender will create a super vortex that pulls everything that is on top down to the bottom.  The Central blades on the Breville Blender are located almost on the bottom of the jar with no vertical indention that allow chunks to get through.
