Q: Does this product have a timing feature and, if so, what is the longest time for which it can be preset (e.g. 90 mins or 120 mins)? Does this product allow it to be set so that it stays on indefinitely, i.e. a stay on feature like conventional toaster ovens?

A: You can preset the oven up to 120 min. The BOV800XL toaster oven can not be set to stay on indefinitely.

 Great oven.... -
We got the Breville Toaster Oven, pulled it out of the box, put on the counter and plugged it in. It works great and even better then we expected. From looks to performance its an A+++ machine, well worth the money ( which I thought was a little high till we got it and used it). Baked chicken the first night and came out better then the regular size oven and in less time.

Follow-up to FABULOUS OVEN comment in December -
I just can't find anything to complain about with this outstanding table-top oven! It is such a great green kitchen oven (no need to heat up all of the space in a wall or stove oven to cook anything!) that I'll be giving them to my cooking friends and relatives who think they can't afford them. 3 months after purchase, I'm still applauding Breville and Keith Hensel! Just a great oven! (Add an interior light though...with an exterior switch.)

Fabulous Oven! -
I purchased this oven a few weeks ago and have used it many times since...for broiling, baking, pizza, cheesecake, baked potatoes, casseroles, etc. Every time I use it I'm more and more appreciative of its great features, capacity, and functionality. Kieth Hensel did a bang-up job of designing this fabulous kitchen machine! I love that its facade measures almost a perfect Golden Mean ratio, and I hope that was planned. When the door is fully-open, its level with the countertop. The magnetic rack pull-out is a great feature, as is the convection cooking! The pull-out bottom tray is a breeze to clean. So far for me this is the ultimate table-top oven! I've owned two lesser ovens previously and there's just no comparison to this one. The only suggestion I would have is that Breville put a small light bulb in the top of it. I mentioned having purchased this oven to a friend, and he went right out and bought one also! Its certainly deserving of a 5 star rating...if not a 10!

Breville BOV800XL -
We have had the Breville oven for about 3 months now and still love it. It has cooked anything from frozen pizza to a whole chicken, and all done to perfection. My wife didn't want it at first (cause she thought it was too small) but she now loves it and knows it will cook whatever we want.
