How it works:


Variable temperature control heats water to ideal temperature for your chosen tea.	Tea Basket auto lowers when the correct temperature is reached.	Variable steeping times control the tea strength - strong, medium or mild.	Tea Basket auto-raises at the correct time to prevent over steeping.

A: The Breville One Touch Tea Machine is equipped with an AUTO START button which allows you to set the tea maker to automatically begin brewing at a pre-selected time. The tea maker also features a KEEP WARM button to keep the brewed tea warm for up to one hour.

A: Only the black tea setting will bring water to a boil, the other settings will bring it to the optimized temperature for that tea. The temperatures range from 175 degrees to 212 degrees.
