Wish it would clean itself - |

I bought this Breville Grill for my cafe and use it to the MAX everyday. Only drawback is that the cook plates are not removeable and it is very hard to clean. Overall performance is great. I use it for meats, sandwich grilling, fried egg sandwiches, vegetable sauteeing for all food prep AND pancakes and french toast!
