The glass-ceramic surfaces of the plates are easily cleaned with brass-wool and scraper that are included. This Commercial Panini Grill has adjustable thermostat up to 700 degrees. Safety feature allows the exterior to heat only to 95 degrees. This Panini Grill is a must have for any commercial kitchen.
