The Cadco CPG-10F is a single commercial Panini Press.  The glass ceramic cooking surface of this commercial panini grill can heat to 700 degrees while the exterior is only 95 degrees. The cover on this commercial Panini Press stays parallel to the cooking surface even while grilling a sandwich 2 3/4" high. The Panini Press has a flat top plate and flat bottom plate to insure even heating.
