Cadco Convection Oven Deflector Plate XC600
This convection oven deflector plate is for use with any of the XAF series Cadco convection ovens. The XC600 deflector plate defelcts air in the convection oven cavity for baking delicate foods like puff pastry. The deflector plate attached to the Cadco convection oven without tools, directly to the fan protection grid in the convection oven cavity. Use one deflector plate per convection oven fan.
