Cadco OV-013 countertop convection oven baked fast and evenly for consistent results every time. This oven is compact yet can deliver the much needed features needed in a fast pace commercial kitchen. The Cadco OV-013 counter top convection oven fits three standard 1/2 size sheet pans or 2 1/2" deep steam table pans. Featuring insulated double wall construction, cool-touch safety door, advanced airflow design and two-year warranty. This countertop convection oven is great for catering jobs.

Q: does this have a 'broiler' function?

A: No, I'm sorry but the model OV-013 model does not have a broiler function but it is adjustable up to 500 degrees which is the typical broiler temperature used.

Great cookie oven! - I am very happy with my Cadco countertop oven. I am a small baking company and this oven bakes cookies beautifully. I only wish I had the larger size. Mine holds 3 half sheet pans. I will have to look into the the larger one soon! It does have a small hot spot, but it does not affect my cookies very much at all. I just keep the dough off of that corner.
