Cadco OV-013 countertop convection oven has replaced the Cadco OV-350. This oven is compact yet delivers the cooking features needed in the busy professional kitchen. The Cadco OV-013 counter top convection oven accommodates three standard 1/2 size sheet pans or 2 1/2" deep steam table pans. Featuring insulated double wall construction, cool-touch safety door, advanced airflow design and two-year warranty. This countertop convection oven is great for catering jobs.
