Cadco Grand Buffet Server WTBS-5RT
Cadco WTBS-5RT grand buffet double buffet server is perfect for applications where portability is needed. The dual rolltop covers helps keep the food in a sanitary environment and can be rolled up when food is being served. If you are serving product that does not require steam table pans, you can use the WTBS-5RT as a warming tray or plate warmer with a rolltop cover.
Cadco Grand Buffet Server Features:
- Four half size/4.3 quart stainless steam pans (2-1/2” deep)
- Three third size pans, two steam pan holders,and warming shelf base
- Two clear polycarbonate rolltop lids
- Each half size steam pan holds over 30 four oz. servings
- Each third size steam pan holds over 20 four oz. servings
- Stainless top removable; can use base as warming shelf
- Extra-large 41-1/4” x 14” warming surface
- Two variable heat controls: 155-205 F
- Cool touch handles
- Two safety signal lights
