These amazing pizza heat plates bake everything in a shorter time for fast even baking of breads, pizza, and other delicious snacks. Each heat plate shelf is made of aluminized steel with a non-stick surface. This compact counter-top convection oven has manual controls for time and temperature. The Cadco OV-023P can also hold four half size sheet pans or steam pans. (not included)
