Cadco CMLB-24P Two Tiered Buffet Server
One of the newer additions to Cadco buffet servers is the CMLB-24P two tiered buffet server. This Cadco buffet server has two level warming trays with two large 20.5 x 14 stainless steel warming surfaces. This tiered buffet server also has four half size stainless steam pans. Each pan on this tiered buffet server will hold over 30 four oz. servings. This custom tiered buffet server has clear low profile lids for ease of use and keeping food piping hot. The lower surfaces may be used as a food or plate warmer or can be used to serve directly. Made from all stainless, these are easy to clean, and present well. Make sure that when using this two tiered buffet server, the food is already cooked. These are meant to keep food warm only.
