Cadco CMLW-103 holding tower is restaurant commercial warming food tower used with quarter (1/4) size sheet pans or half size steam table pans. This versatile warming food tower can be used as a stand alone warming food tower or on a countertop or comes with mounting hardware to fit on the Cadco XAF-103 quarter size convection oven. This restaurant commercial warming food tower is ideal for keeping food warm after taking it out of the oven. The 120v power means that this warming food tower can be hooked up without special outlets.
