The Cadco CMLW-190 full size food warmer is for use with Cadco full size steam table pans and full size sheet pans. This food warmer increases production of your Cadco convection oven keeping food at a safe serving temperature. This food warmer is ideal for keeping food warm long after taking it out of the oven. The Cadco CMLW-190 food warmer can be mounted to a Cadco XAF full size oven or used as a standalone warming tower. The mounting hardware is included with the food warmer. This food warmer has an adjustable thermostat and large enough shelves to hold three 16” pizzas. This food warmer is also 120 volts, so no need for a special outlet.
