Cadco Full Size CMLW-190 holding tower is a warming food tower used with full size sheet pans or full size steam table pans. This versatile warming food tower can be used as a stand alone food tower on a countertop or comes with mounting hardware to fit on the Cadco XAF Full size ovens. This is ideal for keeping food warm after taking it out of the oven. The shelves are large enough to hold three 16" pizzas! The 120v power means that this warming food tower can be hooked up without special outlets.
