- It is called a griddle and crepe maker; what is the function of the griddle? I cannot find what you can use the griddle for.
- The CucinaPro 12" Electric Griddle & Crepe Maker CP1448 can be used for anything that can be cooked on a flat surface. Therefore, it would work well for eggs or pancakes.

Rating I have owned many different crepe makers. Some were marginally good and some were a joke. This crepe maker works. Period. I made perfect crepes from the first try, as well as using a Masa flour blend and making soft tortilla shells (excellent I might add!) (Posted on 5/10/11)

Rating I love it this Griddle and Crepe Maker. It's easy to use. I love being able to adjust the temperature for different fillings. My son saw mine and requested one for his birthday so he can prepare his wife Sunday breakfasts. My son-in-law also ordered one and treated us to a wonderful crepe breakfast for Mother's Day! The price is good and the shipping was prompt. (Posted on 5/10/11)
