wonderful crepe griddle - it is perfect for traditional french crepes to krusteaz pancakes! the variable temperature is wonderful for sweet or savory crepes. I love it!

the very best crepe maker and easiest to use - I have owned many different crepe makers. Some were marginally good and some were a joke. This crepe maker works. Period. I made perfect crepes from the first try, as well as using a Masa flour blend and making soft tortilla shells (excellent I might add!)
