16" cucina electric skillet -
This Cucina Pro electric skillet is comparable to the Farberware stainless electric frying pan that I used for 30 years. All the other electric skillets on the market have the non-stick coating that I hate. The large size (16") leaves lots of room around a meatloaf or stuffed peppers for potatoes, onions, etc. I do wish that the pan was a little deeper, or the lid domed to give more height to the cooking space. All in all, an excellent appliance. Easy clean-up, too.

Love it! -
I also had used a Farberware electric skillet for many years but it finally wore out. I hated the non stick pans because you could not brown well and no matter how careful I was the surface would scrape away. I love this electric pan! It is so easy to clean, does a great job browning, the surface heats very evenly. Can't say enough good things about it.

Cucina Pro Electric Skillet Is Excellent -
This is a great product. We bought the 16 inch electric skillet by CucinaPro and it is a little big for us but it cooks great and the heat control is very good. This electric skillet does have some sticking components to the cooking surface however that is where flavor is developed, Very pleased with this product and no aluminum.

Pleasant surprise -
I purchased with skillet with some concern after having read a few negative comments, but I have to say that none of my concerns were valid. I was looking for a stainless steel unit because i was sick and tired of the non-stick coatings on other units. It was rather expensive but it seems sturdy and should last a long time (i hope). I have the 16" unit and i coated it with oil and "seasoned" it. Well, it left a sticky line right over the element. i called the company and they told me to scrub in with a brillo pad, but not to do so when it is in water. Do only the inside of the pan and then rinse it out. Worked great. Seasoned it by cooking bacon. Getting back to the pan. I cooked breaded squash in olive oil and it was really a pleasure to use. The electric pan heated quickly, kept temperature and cooked perfectly. I am very happy with it. It is what i wanted for my birthday and got it. My wife thought i was nuts. The stainless is great and it cleans very easily. if something sticks, put in a little liquid and de-glaze it. Cleans like a charm and it is really big. Lots of room to cook a chicken, or anything large. At this point i recommend it highly.

Stylish Pan! Very Pleased! -
I was looking specifically for a STAINLESS STEEL Electric Skillet (not the coated kind that always chip away in your food), and also one deep enough for boiling pasta - all so I could save money cooking at home/not eating out, and NOT cook on a gas range (because I'm uncomfortable around open fires from a previous burn accident.) I did LOADS of research on line and came across the CucinaPro. The stylish design of the pan caught my eye at first (SO much prettier than MANY out there), and then I was DOUBLY pleased to find out it was made of stainless steel on top of that. The cost was a little higher than what I was planning to pay for a SS pan, but, after comparing the features and prices with other brands, and pricing of other vendors, Everything Kitchens had the the best deal so far, so I went for it. I used it for the first time today, and was VERY pleased with its performance! I boiled rotini pasta, then heated tomato sauce and meatballs for a delicious meal. This 12" pan was gracious plenty to make a meal for 4 people EASILY which eased my mind about wondering if I should have gotten the 16". It heated quickly, and at only around 200 degrees was boiling pasta right away. The only 2 modifications I'd make to its design are these: 1) move the plug outlet on the pan to the back of the pan. It's situated just underneath one of the handles and this prevents you from USING the handle cause it blocks the hole, and 2) I'd put a pointer on the heating dial so you know which way is on or off - it's hard to tell without it, so I just had to wait until I had the pan on and see how it heated up. (the active setting of the dial, BTW, aligns with the orange light on the plug, and you turn it to the Right to increase the heat.) Other than that, it cleaned easily, wasn't too heavy to lift, and performed nicely. Oh...a few other features that's nice about it is within the three feet at the base, they have some "give" to them when you press down on the pan.. a sponginess response to pressure which, I think, prevents slipping of the pan (which it wouldn't do anyway, since the feet have a "grippiness" to them). Also, I chose this pan over Presto's SS electric skillet because it sat lower to the counter than Presto's (which has 3 tall "legs" to it). I figured CucinaPro's was much safer for that as it would be a lot less likely to catch your hand or a cooking utensil or anything else on the legs as you're moving about cooking. I love this pan and will use it often! Thanks CucinaPro AND Everything Kitchens for quality, style, and price! Very happy!

Very satisfied -
We've used the Cucina Pro electric pan at least a half dozen times and I'm extremely satisfied with it's performance. Its cooks quite evenly for an electric fry pan, has good solid construction, and cleans up easily. I'd recommend it to anyone who's looking for a very good pan at a reasonable price.

Excellent Skillet -
I looked for a long time for a cheaper version, and actually own several of the discount store types, but this electric skillet is worth the money. Even heat, easy to clean, no non-stick coating to deteriorate and flake, and good solid connections.
